Terms and Conditions

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. %Name%, is engaging the company for online coaching services to be provided by nabō wellness.
  2. Nabō Wellness and its Directors do not under any circumstances, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any illnesses, symptoms of illness or medical problems.
  3. Any advice given on supplements, nutrition, training, emotional well-being, and physiology is given as advice and should under no circumstance be deemed prescriptive.
  4. Our fees are charged for coaching and information passed on to each of our clients is payable in advance.
  5. The client must check in by (time) on (day) each week
  6. If the client fails to check in three times (without prior notification) the coaching agreement will be terminated.
  7. The client must provide their coach with 28 days’ notice of their intention to terminate their coaching agreement.
  8. In the event of a dispute arising out of the terms, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, both parties agree to engage in mediation or legal representation.
  9. All online coaching is to be paid upfront or on a monthly Direct Debit system with the first payment made three months in advance (or however we agree to set up your payment structure).
  10. If for whatever reason the client cancels their coaching mid-way through a month, the client will be required to pay for the remainder of the month, which is paid for in advance.
  11. We strongly advise that before undertaking any of the programs or guidance on offer from us that you get a full consultation from your GP or medical professional.
  12. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be recorded on the pre exercise medical questionnaire.
